PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Sales on the following items are final:
- Special orders.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
- Any firearm already taken by FFL Vendor

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. Please Check Your Local and State Laws Before Bidding or BuyingIt is your responsibility to know what YOU can and cannot own.
I understand it is my full responsibility to make sure the firearm or accessories I am purchasing are legal for me to own under all laws that are applicable to me. By accepting the Terms, I agree that I am legally allowed to own the items I am purchasing, and I represent to Angels Defense that the sale and delivery to me of a firearm will not violate any State law or published ordinance. I also hereby certify that I am 18 or older if I am purchasing a rifle and 21 or older if I am purchasing a handgun or lower assembly.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

Remember your bid is a contract, not something that can be retracted or taken back.
Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction close date.
Occasionally we may over sell an item (less than 1%). In the event this occurs, you will be offered an item of equal or greater value (if available) or a full refund of your order. As we are a retail store front there are rare occurrences that we oversell an item. Should this happen notification will be sent to you ASAP via email and we will offer a substitute item (if available) or refunded.
Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction close date.
Overnight Delivery does not include delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

- Payment: If you are the winner, you will receive a confirmation email. We accept credit and debit cards with 3.5% Fees. Can also pay with money order.

Purchasing a firearm online is simple!
Two things we require:
1.) Payment: If you win the bid or buy it now, you will have the option to proceed to checkout to pay for your item. If you attempt to pay and it shows payment failed, this may be a fraud protection from your bank/card. Call your bank/card company and verify it is you purchasing this and try again.
2.) Federal Firearms License (FFL): We must ship all firearms to a verified FFL holder. Please contact your dealer and have them email a copy of their license.
Please include your name and the auction number in every correspondence.
Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, Please INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it is what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm.
If there are any problems, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER!! We will gladly have the firearm picked up and returned to us from your dealer at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or refund.
If the firearm is refused or returned for reasons other than a defect a 25% re stocking fee will be charged. Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
No returns to Angels Defense after a transfer has been accepted.

Please verify prior to selecting an FFL dealer that they are willing to receive your transfer. Any fees associated with the return and re-shipment of an order will be the responsibility of the buyer.
-If the item you won gets re-listed please do not bid on the re-listed item unless you wish to purchase multiple of that item. Often times if we re-list an item it is because we have more then one in stock.
90 day WARRANTY POLICY
Warranties products against defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from Date of Purchase.
Our 90 day Warranty is subject to the following:
All warranty requests must be made within 90 day of Purchase Date.
Warranty coverage is provided to the original purchaser only.
Warranty returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to evaluation and approval.
All Warranty claims must be returned with an RMA number issued by our Customer Service team prior to shipment back to us.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your warranty request.
If damage or defect is found to be the responsibility of the Company, shipping costs will be paid by Company.
If damage or defect is found to be the responsibility of the Customer, shipping costs will be paid by Customer.
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval. If defects in materials and/or workmanship are the cause of the warranty claim, we reserve the right to send the product to the original manufacturer's service agent for further assessment and/or repair or replacement.
For all other warranty claims, if upon inspection, it is determined the issues are our responsibility, we will at our sole discretion make any necessary repairs, send you a replacement product, or issue you a partial refund to your original form of payment.
- Exclusions to 90 day warranty Policy
EXCLUSIONS to 90 day PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
The following circumstances may void our 90 day Warranty Policy:
Items returned without an RMA number
Damage caused in whole or part by failure to perform proper care and maintenance
Damage caused in whole or part by the use of nonstandard ammunition, including without limitation, high-velocity or high-pressure ammunition, tracer ammunition, hand-loaded ammunition, and/or steel cased ammunition. We specifically disclaim any responsibility for damage or operating issues caused by steel-cased ammunition
Damage caused in whole or part by assembly, installation, disassembly, modification or alteration, repair or attempted repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, or negligence
Damage caused by foreign substances including oils, lubricants, cleaners, polishes, sealants, thread locking compounds (e.g. Loctite), or any other compound that contacts the item
Damage caused by tools, non-standard tools, or the improper use of tools
Damage caused by any accessory
Any cosmetic modification including but not limited to painting or engraving
- The following items are NOT covered by our 90 day Warranty Policy:

Custom Builds or Special Orders
Items listed under “Clearance Items and Blems”
Items sold as "BLEMS" or otherwise specifically noted to be blemished, used, or otherwise imperfect
